Joseph Intelligence LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Money MVC mobile application (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

We may collect:

• Name
• Age
• Gender
• State and city
• Email address (via authentication provider)
• Financial information you voluntarily enter for educational analysis
• Messages you submit through chat features

You are responsible for the content you submit. We recommend that you do not share highly sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or full bank account numbers within chat messages.

B. Authentication Information

We use Auth0 to authenticate users. Through Auth0, we receive:

• A unique user identifier
• Email address
• Basic authentication metadata

We do not collect or store passwords.

C. Chat and AI Processing Data

When you use chat or coaching features:

• Messages you submit are transmitted to OpenAI’s API to generate AI-powered responses.
• AI-generated responses are returned to the App.
• Chat messages and responses are stored in secure databases managed through Supabase.

OpenAI processes submitted content solely to provide AI-generated responses.

We configure our OpenAI API usage in a manner intended to prevent use of submitted data for model training, in accordance with OpenAI’s applicable API data usage policies.

D. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical data, including:

• IP address
• Device type
• Request metadata
• Timestamps
• Error reports

We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal information.

E. Legal Acceptance Records

When you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we record:

• User identifier
• Version of documents accepted
• Date and time
• IP address
• App version

This is stored for compliance and audit purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and maintain the App
• Provide AI-powered financial education insights
• Store and retrieve chat conversations
• Improve reliability and performance
• Maintain security and prevent misuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the App:

• Auth0 (authentication services)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda and DynamoDB infrastructure)
• Supabase (chat message database services)
• OpenAI (AI processing services)

These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations designed to protect it.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Supabase.

AI processing occurs through OpenAI’s secure API services.

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. System Logging and Monitoring

We use Amazon CloudWatch and related infrastructure tools to monitor system performance, detect errors, and maintain security.

System logs may include:

• IP addresses
• Request metadata
• User identifiers
• Error details
• Timestamps

Logs are used solely for operational, debugging, and security purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain information:

• While your account remains active
• As necessary to provide services
• As required by law
• As needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
